The documentary is an excellent portrayal of Wadie Deddeh, a politican that made a difference in California (he's considered the father of CalTrans) and straddled both sides of the aisle to build coalitions and get projects finished.
This is a must see for any political science student or for anyone interested in seeing a profile on one of California's and San Diego's significant political leaders. The documentary is made by award-winning local filmmaker Bonni Rooney.
